Shipping & Returns

All frames ship within 5 business days and all feeders ship within 3 weeks unless we notify you via email otherwise.


Returns Policy for The Polka Dot Dog Company

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will accept your returned merchandise for refund, credit, or exchange based on the following terms: 

  • Returns must be received within 15 days of original shipment.
  • Returns must be in new condition with original tags attached.
  

The Returns Process

  • Inside your return package, include a copy of the original packing slip, e-mail order confirmation, or a printed copy of your order.

If you choose to exchange your purchase for another, more expensive item, we will charge the difference to your credit card. If you exchange for a less expensive item, the credited difference will appear within 1-2 billing cycles on your credit card statement. The same goes for refunds in general.  They are processed immediately, but occasionally it takes until the second billing cycle to show up on your credit card statement.

Shipping costs incurred for new merchandise and/or exchanged merchandise will be billed to your credit card.

EXCEPTIONS - THESE ITEMS MAY NOT BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED: All Feeders, Personalized items, custom orders, clearance, and special offer merchandise marked final sale are not exchangeable or returnable. 

Errors and/or Defective Merchandise: Email jon@thepolkadotdogcompany.com explaining the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible. Any claims must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Please keep all original packing in the event a claim is warranted.
